Cancellation & Return Policy

Returns:

Returns is a scheme provided by Vikkys Fresh directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement or refund is offered for the customer.

  1. We only accepts the return request if the product we delivered is in the same condition and it shouldn't be cleaned in water.

     

  2. Customer has to provide the proper information for Vikkys Fresh and have to send the images of the product if required.

     

  3. If there is any damage or product is not upto the mark, then the customer has to raise a return request within 2 hrs of delivery.

     

  4. Customer has to raise a request within 4 days, if the product is not delivered and if their is any issue with the order.

   5. ​Acceptance of returns & refund post delivery is subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. If your         

       return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 5 working days or re-delivery of the same or similar item.

Cancellations:

Cancellations can be approved only when it meets the following conditions & We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:

  1. In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us.

  2. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.

  3. Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery.

  4. Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order.

  5. Cancellations can be accepted within 2 hrs of the order.

  6. Cancellation cannot be accepted if the partner has been assigned for your order and the money cannot be refunded.
